Private Personal Training

$75.00/hour | $37.50/ half hour

(reduced rate of $70.00/hour | $35/half hour if paid a month in advance)

Private, personal, all about you. Get a program designed to fit your body and your specific goals, and one-on-one attention to help you reach them.

Semi-Private Personal Training (2 persons)

$40/hour – per person

Grab your workout BFF and get fit together! You will each get individualized programming, but get the added motivation of exercising with a partner.

FitLIfe Group Training (3-6 persons)

hour long session 2x per week – $210.00/month
(paid at the beginning of the month)

FitLife Groups are limited to 6 members or less so that your trainer can help you modify the workouts to your individual needs and ensure that you perform the exercises safely and effectively.

FitBlast Small Group (3-6 persons)

30 minute sessions 2x per week – $15/session

FitBlast small groups are limited to 6 members or less so that your trainer can help monitor each individual and ensure that they perform the exercises safely and effectively.

Program Design

$200 – 4 week program
includes a 60 minute private coaching session

If you’re an experienced exerciser and want to strike out on your own, this is the perfect way to make sure you’re following a program that is specifically designed around your needs and goals. Our trainers will use your current fitness level to determine the next phase for your workout and systematically progress you to the next. Program design includes one 30-minute coaching session to get you started and teach you the exercises.
